            Chief James W. Haines, Sr., was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief on June 25, 2008, by a unanimous vote of the Board of Fire Commissioners.

            Chief Haines is the highest ranking volunteer in the Winslow Township Fire Department.  Prior to his promotion, he served as Battalion Chief.
